Welcome to Ehoji. This Terms of Service (the â€œTermsâ€) governs your access to and use of the Ehoji app discovery platform and related services (the â€œServiceâ€), operated by Ehoji, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, â€œEhoji,â€ â€œwe,â€ or â€œusâ€). By visiting, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you consent to these Terms and any amendments we may make from time to time. We may provide notice of changes by posting an updated Terms page or by other means tied to your account. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the platform design, user interface, source code, graphics, and proprietary technology, are owned by Ehoji or its licensors. This protection also extends to the Ehoji brand, logos, and other trademarks displayed within the Service. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without prior written permission from Ehoji, except as expressly allowed by the Serviceâ€™s features or by applicable law.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Service functions as a hub for discovering applications that are hosted on the Google Play Store. Ehoji does not host, curate, develop, or control these apps, nor does it control Google Playâ€™s infrastructure or policies. Any app listings, links, or ratings you encounter on Ehoji pertain to third-party content and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective developers and Google Play. Ehoji does not guarantee the safety, reliability, or continued availability of any third-party app. Your use of such apps is at your own risk, and you should review the applicable terms and privacy statements provided by Google Play and the app developers.

4. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLE.â€ TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EHOJI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR TITLE. EHOJI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CONTENT OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND EHOJI SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SUCH CONTENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EHOJI OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EHOJI FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EHOJI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ehoji and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ€™ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and your use of the Service, shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ehoji operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Termination

Ehoji may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion and without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms or for safety, integrity, or policy reasons. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease, and you must immediately cease use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or legal obligations. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
